Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 25 August 2026

1. Identification of the provider

These Terms and Conditions govern the contracting and participation in the programme Personal Financial Strategy Plan.

The programme is provided by Axelleworth Associates, NIPC 510977561, with its registered office at Brigantia Ecopark - Av Cidade de Leon 506, 5300-358 Bragança.

The programme is developed and delivered by Luís Lourenço, within the scope of the activity of Axelleworth Associates.

For any question relating to these Terms and Conditions, contact us at ask@ymwhub.net.

2. Scope of the programme

The Personal Financial Strategy Plan is a one-to-one personal financial strategy programme, designed to help the participant build a clear, personalised and executable architecture with which to optimise their future financial life, taking into account their reality and their objectives.

The programme works on strategy, objectives, priorities, decision criteria, personal financial organisation, savings and investment structure, the functions of money, pending decisions, the execution plan and the support provided during the defined window.

The programme is not a generic conversation about money, a list of tips or a standalone recommendation of financial products. It is a structured process of work on the participant's financial and personal reality.

3. Nature of the service and limits

The programme is strategic, educational, methodological and personal financial organisation in nature.

The programme does not constitute regulated financial advice, wealth management, regulated investment advice, financial intermediation, insurance mediation, tax advice, legal advice or any other activity reserved for entities specifically authorised for that purpose.

In particular, the programme:

  • does not recommend the taking out of specific financial products;
  • does not indicate financial institution A or B;
  • does not manage the participant's money, accounts, portfolios, assets or funds;
  • does not execute orders or financial transactions on behalf of the participant;
  • does not receive commissions from financial institutions;
  • does not distribute financial products;
  • has no commercial ties with banks, insurance companies, management companies or financial intermediaries;
  • does not guarantee returns, capital appreciation or specific financial results.

When decisions concerning specific financial products, taxation, succession, credit, insurance, regulated investment or other specialised matters are at stake, it may be advisable to obtain advice from a qualified and legally authorised entity.

4. Validation and admission

Entry to the programme presupposes financial and personal suitability.

Before admission, an initial conversation is held to understand the starting point, the objectives and the suitability of the programme for the financial stage the person is at.

Axelleworth Associates and Luís Lourenço reserve the right not to accept participation in the programme when they consider that it is not suitable for the specific case, namely due to a lack of sufficient financial basis to work on, misaligned expectations, a search for services outside the scope of the programme or a lack of commitment to the process.

The initial conversation does not guarantee admission to the programme.

5. Price, payment methods and invoicing

The current price of the programme, as indicated on the landing page, is 950€ as a single payment.

There may be the possibility of payment in instalments of 4 × 245€, totalling 980€.

The expected future price of 1.150€ is also mentioned on the page.

The prices, payment methods, deadlines and specific conditions are confirmed individually with each person admitted before contracting.

If you wish to contract the programme on behalf of a company, VAT may be deductible in accordance with the rules in force. Invoicing will be carried out in accordance with the details provided by the client and with the applicable legal and tax rules.

6. Format, duration and components of the programme

The programme normally takes place in a one-to-one, flexible and online format, within a support window of up to 60 days.

It includes:

  • 4 personal sessions with Luís Lourenço, normally held online;
  • progressive preparation and consolidation of the work;
  • the construction of the Personal Financial Strategy Map;
  • asynchronous support by email or WhatsApp within the defined limits of the programme.

Exceptionally, the possibility of holding in-person sessions may be considered. That possibility will depend on location, availability and specific circumstances, and may entail additional costs related to travel and logistics.

The sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement, taking into account mutual availability.

The asynchronous support is intended to clarify questions, unblock decisions, consolidate intermediate steps and maintain continuity between sessions. It does not correspond to permanent availability, unlimited assistance or an emergency service.

7. Scheduling and rescheduling

The dates of the sessions are agreed between the parties after entry to the programme.

Sessions may be rescheduled at the request of either party, provided there are reasonable grounds, adequate prior notice and mutual availability.

Failure to attend without reasonable prior notice may result in the loss of the session or the need to reschedule under conditions to be agreed between the parties.

Full completion of the programme within the 60-day window also depends on the participant's availability, responsiveness and collaboration.

8. Participant's responsibility

The participant undertakes to provide true, complete, up-to-date and relevant information for the proper execution of the programme.

The quality of the work depends on the information shared, the clarity of the objectives, the involvement in the process and the willingness to reflect, decide and execute.

The specific decisions, the taking out of products, the execution of financial transactions and the implementation of the measures defined within the scope of the programme are always the responsibility of the participant.

The programme provides the architecture, criteria, map, method and practical tools necessary to be able to optimise the participant's future financial life, taking into account their reality and their objectives. However, the results depend on execution, the individual context, future decisions and external factors that are beyond the control of the programme.

9. Programme's own guarantee, cancellation and right of withdrawal

Before entry to the programme, there is an initial conversation aimed at confirming suitability, clarifying expectations and reducing the risk of misalignment.

Without prejudice to the legal rights applicable to distance contracts, the programme includes its own guarantee: the participant may withdraw up to 24 hours after the first session and receive a full refund of the amount paid.

After that period, the programme is considered started and in execution, so the cancellation and refund conditions follow these Terms and Conditions and the applicable legislation.

Where applicable, the consumer has the legal rights of withdrawal provided for by law. If the consumer expressly requests that the provision of the service begin during the legal withdrawal period, they acknowledge that, in the event of withdrawal after the provision has begun, an amount proportional to the service actually provided may be due, under the legally applicable terms.

Where the programme has been fully provided with the consumer's prior and express consent and acknowledgement of the loss of the right of withdrawal, there may no longer be a right of withdrawal, under the legally provided terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes the consumer's legally mandatory rights.

10. Intellectual property

All content, methods, documents, materials, structures, templates, maps, consolidations, frameworks, texts and tools made available within the scope of the programme are protected by intellectual property rights.

These materials are intended exclusively for the personal and internal use of the participant in the context of their participation in the programme.

Without prior and express authorisation, the reproduction, distribution, sale, assignment, publication, adaptation or use of the materials outside the participant's personal scope is prohibited.

11. Confidentiality

Confidentiality is an essential condition of the programme.

The financial, personal, family, professional or asset-related information shared by the participant will be treated with discretion and only for the purposes of assessment, preparation, execution and monitoring of the programme.

Before or at the start of the work, a confidentiality clause applicable to the information shared during the process may be formalised.

The participant also undertakes not to disclose to third parties any materials, methodologies, documents or content of the programme that are not for public use.

12. Personal data

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy available on this website.

The Privacy Policy explains, among other aspects, who the data controller is, what data may be processed, for what purposes, on what legal grounds, for how long and what rights the data subjects are entitled to.

13. Independence

The programme is developed with complete independence from products, financial institutions, intermediaries, banks, insurance companies, management companies or equivalent entities.

Axelleworth Associates and Luís Lourenço do not receive commissions for the taking out of financial products by participants, do not distribute financial products and have no commercial ties with financial institutions within the scope of this programme.

The entire strategy is built according to the participant's reality, objectives, criteria and interests.

14. Communications

Communications relating to the programme may be carried out by email, WhatsApp, online scheduling or other means agreed between the parties.

The participant must ensure that the contact details provided are correct and up to date.

Communications sent to the contact details made available by the participant are presumed to have been received, unless proven otherwise.

15. Complaints and alternative dispute resolution

For any complaint or question relating to the programme, contact us at ask@ymwhub.net.

Where applicable, the consumer may use the Electronic Complaints Book, available at: www.livroreclamacoes.pt.

Under the legislation applicable to alternative consumer dispute resolution, the consumer may also resort to a competent alternative consumer dispute resolution entity.

Further information on alternative consumer dispute resolution entities can be found on the Consumer Portal: www.consumidor.gov.pt.

Without prejudice to the use of alternative dispute resolution means, any dispute will be heard by the competent Portuguese courts, under the applicable law.

16. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Axelleworth Associates may update these Terms and Conditions whenever necessary, namely due to legal, operational, commercial or programme-operational changes.

The applicable version will be the one in force at the time of contracting, unless otherwise agreed between the parties or imposed by law.

The date of the last update will be indicated at the beginning of the document.
